Our Ethiopian coffee will always be a favorite of mine for so many reasons. First, obviously, is the amazing flavor. It’s so fruity, floral, and sweet– everything I could love in a coffee. I’ve always gravitated to lighter roasts since starting my coffee journey. Also, the fact that it’s an African coffee brings me joy as well. Being from nearby Somalia and having family from all over the Horn of Africa, I can’t help but feel a connection to the farmers in Ethiopia and the beautiful coffee they produce.
