Designed by a chemist to yield a clean, full-flavored cup of coffee with no fine grounds or bitterness, the secret is in the thick, specially-designed paper filter.

I’ve used the glass-handled Chemex for over 2 years now, and it’s great for my coffee snob guests. I have to be careful to pour water just before it starts boiling so I don’t burn the grounds — otherwise, perfect way to make coffee!
