Added to our menu as a signature summer drink is the customer favorite, the Black Lemonade Brûlée. We caramelize sugar, add Yeti cold press and reduce it down to a dark, delicious syrup. The syrup joins fresh-squeezed lemon juice and sparkling water and voila, cold press meets lemonade in a sparkly pool of sweet goodness. Likened to the chocolatey center of a tootsie pop, this drink continues to charm and brighten even the rainiest of summer afternoons.

Back for another year is our signature drink of spring at Peace Coffee, the Roman Holiday. An expertly extracted shot of espresso muddled with candied lemon zest shaken with ice and cream. Served up in a cocktail glass, it drinks like a Sunday drive down the western coast of Italy in full bloom. Simple and silky smooth with a surprising twist of citrus, there’s a good reason this drink keeps showing up on our spring menu.
